We understand your consumer
I don't know
The consumer starts her search with
a broad query. At this stage she is not aware of the actual product or service she'll avail. This is the "I don't know phase" where she is open to most persuasion.
I want to know
Once her research is completed the consumer has a fair idea about the product or service she wants and this is the phase characterized by "I want to know" more about the product and make a comparison with different offerings in the market.
I know, but.
Now your consumer has settled on a brand and hopefully yours but... yes, but she has some doubts and queries. In this "I know, but" phase you should be there, helping her through the final phase of the journey to make a purchase.
I know.
Great! You got a sale, however this is not the end of the story. She knows about your product and when she in this "I Know" phase, she is willing to share her experience. Provide the right incentive and tools so she can share her experience with others.
